Billy and Cuddles are full time professional Clowns located in the Wisconsin area with over 40+ years experience in children's entertainment. We provide fun services ranging from the average dog balloon to large intricate balloon creations, and many more!

We also specialize in birthday parties! We provide elaborate facial art using the safest possible make-up, not paint. Gems and other embellishments are added to the faces for outstanding results. Also we offer glitter and colorini tattoos that last for days. Our silly magic shows appeal to all age groups. Schools, libraries, clubs, corporations and senior homes are a few of the places that have enjoyed our services!

Cuddles the Clown has been clowning for 20 years, full time for the last 17. She has trained and worked with many famous clowns throughout the United States. Some of them have been inducted into the International Clown Hall of Fame. Her talents include clown magic, skits, face painting,and awesome balloon sculptures.

Billy Boy started out with an interest in Clowning many years ago, but only had a chance to fulfill the dream through another clown he was working with in 1989. She brought him to a meeting of Cousin Otto’s Clown Alley and got him started. A face as a hobo was created and a costume was assembled and with the help of other clowns in the alley, a character evolved into Boxcar Billy the Tramp. Since teaming with Cuddles Billy has evolved into an aguste character, Billy Boy.

Cuddles and Billy got married in the ring at Circus World Museum, in Baraboo WI where they had volunteered to Clown. It was a full clown wedding with about 50 fully dressed clowns.
